ORDER CONFIRMATION:
An order confirmation will appear as your final step in your order process. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with the tracking number and details.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this notification after 72 hours notify us and we will look up your order tracking number for you. Please email itzib@yahoo.com with your order number. A rep will be in touch within 24 hours to assist you.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at itzib@yahoo.com within 14 days.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you received the wrong merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at itzib@yahoo.com
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at itzib@yahoo.com. We will issue you an RA# and instructions for a refund or exchange.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCTS, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases, naturally we cannot take returns on used cosmetics products, all cosmetics sales are final. There are no returns or refunds. All requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately we do not have sample sizes of the products at this time.
